The habits we pick up in our teenage years are like the GPS for our future! That’s why we roll up our sleeves and work with the younger crowd—we’re all about crafting a brighter tomorrow. By tackling those pesky thought patterns now, we can flip the script before their brains are fully developed. If they can be swayed into addiction, just imagine how easily they can bounce back!

Wrestling with addiction is no walk in the park for anyone, but young folks have it even tougher! According to the National Institute of Health, teens and young adults are like sponges soaking up all the ups and downs—because their brains are still in the "under construction" phase!

Aimed at middle and high school students, our in-school coaching program offers a safe space for youth who need a little extra guidance and support through the challenges of today's world.

Our coaches connect with students on a personal level, honing in on life skills, emotional intelligence, and character development. Our program offers a unique opportunity for teens to exchange wisdom, experiences, and guidance, all while feeling safe and supported.
