Empowering teens is what we do!

In School Support

Let’s rally to shield our teens! It’s no secret that alcohol and drugs sneak into their lives like uninvited party crashers. Research says the average age for first-time sips and puffs is just thirteen, and a whopping 9 out of 10 addictions kick off during the teen years! Many parents might brush off this experimentation as a "just a phase," but hold your horses! Those teenage brains and bodies are still growing, and it’s crucial to keep them safe. That’s where Second Chance Inc. struts in, teaming up with students, teachers, parents, and staff to tackle the alcohol and drug dilemma head-on! Let’s get to work!

  • Fun Education & Prevention Assemblies
  • Lunch & Learn Student Q&A’s
  • Activities for Red Ribbon Week
  • Training & Resources for Teachers & School Staff

How We Do It

WE CONNECT: We dive into the world of teenage life with gusto, connecting through fun ice-breakers and heart-to-heart group chats.

WE’RE ALL EARS: Teens are speaking up, saying they need a trustworthy confidant. We're here to listen, to offer a shoulder to lean on, and to help them soar towards a brighter future.

WE SET GOALS: We're on a mission to help teens shoot for the stars! By setting goals and tracking progress, we're unlocking a world of possibilities and paving the way for a bright tomorrow.

WE FLIP THE SCRIPT: Let's face it, being a teen is no cakewalk. And as if that isn't enough, it seems like everyone's always wagging a finger, pointing out what we did wrong. Instead, we to flip the script. We challenge teens to think about how they could have done better and shine a light on the positive.
